Dollhouse Living Room Ceiling

I’ve added the ceiling to my dollhouse.  To make it, I cut a piece of plastic paneling to fit the ceiling.

This paneling came from a piece of scrap plastic paneling that was designed for typical household bathrooms.

I then spread a thin layer of wood glue on the back and pressed the ceiling panel in place.

I did not have any clamps, so I stacked books at an angle at all four corners to keep the panel in place until the glue had dried.

The paneling makes a very attractive and realistic looking ceiling, and I’m very pleased with the results.

I’ll be carpeting the living room floor next.  I’m excited about how things are progressing; the living room in the dollhouse is starting to look absolutely gorgeous!
